Hi, its quite simple actually, you just need to get some plastic canvas material and do your stitching over it as per normal. Once complete, just wet your stitching in water, the plastic canvas material will then 'soften' and you just pull out each thread out with a pair of tweezers..hope that helps!
You can get plastic canvas material in any cross stitch shop I think. Are you from Singapore? If you are, there is a cross stitch shop on the 2nd or 3rd floor of Far East Plaza in Orchard Road that sells it, or Spotlight at Plaza Singapura also has it. Alternatively, you can try online cross stitch shops..
