My boyfriend Bryan and I went to Phuket last month for 5 days. This was our 3rd trip to Phuket in five years. This time, Patong was a lot more crowded with tourists and more markets! We had hired a cheap jeep for the entire trip and it was great to have the freedom to go where we wanted to. We stayed at Patong Cottage Resort (which was a bad choice!) but apart from that it was a fun trip! We stuffed ourselves daily with cheap seafood (love love love the huge fresh oysters!) and crabs and banana smoothies! Yummy!
